Of course we do. Everyone does. A damaged, lost, or incorrectly filled order will occasionally happen. But we work to correct the error as quickly as possible. We focus on fixing or solving the problem for the customer first, then determining what went wrong, and why later. In addition, we've built in several systems to minimize errors throughout the entire order process. And of course, if it's our fault, we pay for it, not you.
